How would you describe your job to someone outside of the field?
I am a part of the pre-sales team for engagement of partners who are interested in Collegis managed information technology (IT) outsourcing.

I’m able to use my background in higher education IT systems to give partners confidence that our teams understand their whole IT landscape.

I enjoy meeting the different university teams during the sales cycle.

Why do you enjoy working in the higher education field?
It is the look and feedback that I have received from students and faculty on how the IT solution put in place made their lives easier, automated, or just plain cool!
Where did you go to college and what degree did you obtain?
I earned a Bachelor of Science – Computer Science from DeVry Institute of Technology (Lombard, IL).
What do you value most from your own college experience?
My college experience taught me that you get what you put into something.

What is one thing you’ve learned about higher ed since you started working at Collegis?
The ability to outsource information technology services in higher ed is actually a win-win scenario for both parties.

One day I hope to walk by my grandfather’s childhood home in Bari, Italy.
