For more than 20 years, we’ve been at the forefront of digital transformation in higher education. Our journey began as an IT-managed services provider, and we played a pivotal role in shaping the online program management solutions of today.

In 2003, we acquired Rasmussen University, scaling enrollments from 1,600 to 17,000+ while transforming the institution into a primarily online model. After selling Rasmussen in 2019, we expanded our expertise to support colleges and universities nationwide, helping them harness data and technology to fuel sustainable growth.
